Job Description:

• Product Quality control
  • Quality check of returned or recalled products.
  • Quality check of all replacement products before dispatching it to the consumers.
  • Responsible for taking corrective action on the products after QC check
  • Reducing failure and improving overall quality for product
• Stock management
  • Managing complete service stock for warehouse
  • Receiving of stock Transfer note from warehouse
  • Issue of stock transfer note for dispatched products from warehouse
• Responsible for dispatch of faulty products back to the factory.
• Overall inventory management in warehouse (products, spares, packaging material )
• Supporting logistics team with packaging of products.
• Providing relevant information regarding stock and product quality to customer care team

Skills & Experience Requirement:

• Technical skills and problem-solving skills are paramount
• Good interpersonal skills
• Communication: Effective communication skills to work with cross functional domain.
• Good in execution of tasks delegated to him

Education Criteria:

B. Tech/ BE (Electronics Engineering, EEE), Diploma with relevant experience (5 years +)

Require senior resource in logistics department who will be responsible for overall supply chain management for the organization. His primary goals are to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Directing organization’s overall supply chain & logistics operations
• Managing Logistics for B2B & LFR costumers (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma etc.).
• Managing Logistics for B2C costumers (Reverse pickup, Replacement, New product Delivery)
• Multiple vendor development & negotiation of pricing and services with existing vendors (warehouse, Courier service & Transport service).
• Achieving competitive pricing for different services.
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Complying with law & regulations
• Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness for the targets.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints about the product delivery.
• Management of overall import & Export activities (Air/ Sea shipment).
• Timely export clearance from the Customs department
